Rediscovering Our Core Values – Contributing to the Betterment of Our Communities

Our next core-value is: Contributing to the Betterment of Our Communities

What is a Community?

It is a social unit with a shared socially significant characteristic (place, set of norms, culture, values, goals, customs, etc.)

This core value underscores our commitment to making a positive impact beyond our professional endeavors. While our expertise lies in engineering, we also deeply care about the well-being of those around us. This core value extends to our active involvement in charitable initiatives that aim to uplift and support our communities and each other.

At co-elevate we have 2 councils that work hard to ensure that this core value continues to be applied

Commitment to Community Council (CCC)

The CCC focuses on four key sectors:

  1. The next generation

  2. Those in need

  3. Medical illness

  4. Our neighbors

Through targeted community events, they prioritize serving these sectors and fulfilling their commitment to community service through fundraisers, blood drives, and other initiatives.

Fun Club

The Fun Club is dedicated to enhancing our company culture and fostering team cohesion. This group plans and organizes a variety of activities, including team-building events, our book club, company BBQs, and parties. Their mandate reflects our commitment to balancing the demands of our personal and professional lives.

We believe that true success is measured not just by our professional achievements but also by the positive change we bring to the world around us.
