WESTWOOD POWER CENTRE

The Westwood Power Centre is located at the corner of Wonderland and Southdale in London, ON. co-elevate has been retained for multiple projects in the plaza over the last decade, including buildings currently underway in Phase III. The commercial buildings in the area provide valuable services to the south end of London, including banking, groceries, clothing, and home maintenance and improvement services.

These structures are primarily structural steel buildings supported on cast-in-place concrete foundations and piers. Long span roofs are achieved using open web steel joists, while columns and braces are hidden within the buildings’ walls. These buildings have been conceptualized, designed, and built over many years in a phased approach to ensure long term economic sustainability. Today, restaurants, banks, home improvement stores, clothing stores, and furniture stores call the Westwood Power Centre home.
