EARLS COURT VILLAGE

Earls Court is a luxurious and modern building in the northeast end of the city. The building features an array of amenities, including outdoor recreational areas, on-site services like a chapel, library, beauty salon, and tuck shop, as well as shared family areas and common spaces for socializing.
This three-storey facility is constructed using a combination of hollowcore precast on masonry bearing walls and a steel frame structure for the entry.
Due to unfavorable soil conditions, steel pile foundations were utilized to ensure stability and safety of the building. In addition, a large retaining wall was installed along Highbury, supported by helical piles.
