Sommer Zebregts joins our St. Thomas team as a Finance and Office Administrator. With nine years of experience in finance and office management, Sommer is well-versed in maintaining an organized, efficient workplace that supports every aspect of the team’s work. Her sharp attention to detail and commitment to precision will ensure our operations run smoothly, while her expertise in streamlining processes will enhance our daily workflow and help us reach new levels of productivity.
Sommer is passionate about fostering an environment where organization and teamwork thrive. Her practical approach to problem-solving and commitment to creating an exceptional office experience make her a valuable addition to our team.
Fun Fact: Outside of work, Sommer enjoys diving into Zelda adventures, rewatching The Lord of the Rings trilogy, and cheering on her favorite team, the Pittsburgh Steelers!
Sacha Adkins joins our Kitchener team as a Talent Specialist, bringing a wealth of experience in recruitment and talent development. With five years of experience at Shopify as a Technical Recruiter, Sacha specialized in technical hiring for software engineering roles, enhancing the company’s internship program and implementing innovative strategies for high-volume recruitment. Her expertise in building a best-in-class campus recruitment process showcases her dedication to fostering talent and creating exceptional candidate experiences.
Prior to Shopify, Sacha honed her leadership skills at lululemon as an Assistant Store Manager, where she oversaw hiring and executed large-scale training and development initiatives. Her passion for relationship-building and commitment to excellence make her a valuable addition to our team.
Fun Fact: Outside of her professional pursuits, Sacha is also a dedicated CrossFit coach and competitor, with a decade of experience in the fitness community.
