Welcome Luc and Hilary
Today we are happy to introduce two new team members at co-elevate!
Luc Mondor has joined our team as a Structural Engineer. He brings a wealth of international experience, having worked for six years across Germany, the UK, and Switzerland.
Luc holds a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Concordia University in Montreal, and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Münster, Germany, where he wrote his master thesis on modular timber structures.
His professional journey includes two years as a Site Engineer in Berlin, a year as a Junior Engineer in Münster, a year as a Graduate Structural Engineer in London, and two years as a Project Engineer in Basel. Luc is also working towards obtaining his P.Eng in the coming year.
Fun Fact: Luc is fluent in three languages, including German.
Hilary Sullivan has joined our Kitchener office as an Agile Delivery Coach. She comes from a varied background; from a career in event production, to banking and property management. She has also recently spent over five years at Shopify maximizing productivity for C-Suite leaders and teams.
Hilary thrives on providing meaningful support to others and creating the ideal environment that enables the teams and individuals she supports to perform their best work. She is excited to put her skills to use in a new way here at co-elevate with their Agile Delivery System.
Fun Fact: Hilary loves to invent her own cocktails or mocktails and makes her own syrups and sours.
