Each month, we celebrate our core values by recognizing those who embody them in their daily work. Employees are encouraged to nominate their colleagues whenever they see someone living out our core values, whether it's through dedication, humility, balance, or commitment to giving back. These nominations highlight the positive impact individuals have on our team and the organization as a whole. At the end of the month, one individual is chosen from the group of nominations as the winner, serving as an inspiration to others and reinforcing the importance of our shared values.

Sahar has made significant contributions to the engineering community. Her ongoing participation, including speaking at the Western Society of Civil Engineering Chapter and representing co-elevate at their Industry Night, highlights her dedication to mentoring future engineers and sharing her experiences. Sahar’s efforts are a testament to her commitment to making a positive impact beyond our organization.
Neda Kaddoura – Cultivate Greatness, Practice Humility
Neda has demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication by spearheading the BCIN study program. She took the initiative to create comprehensive materials for the Drafting Tech team and developed a structured study plan. Her efforts have significantly contributed to the team's growth and learning, reflecting her commitment to cultivating greatness while maintaining a humble approach.

Peter led our recent book club meeting with a thoughtful and inclusive approach.
