Welcome Bradley, Natasha, and Lyndon

Today we are happy to introduce three new team members at co-elevate!

Bradley Hawkins has joined our Kitchener office as an Engineering Technologist. Bradley completed his Architectural Construction Engineering Technologist diploma at Conestoga College in 2018. Since then, Bradley has gained valuable skills including four years of experience as a roof truss designer, followed by draftsman experience on primary residential projects.

Growing up, Bradley was always interested in building houses, what made them safe, comfortable, and habitable. Starting from wooden blocks to Lego, and now on computer programs such as AutoCAD and Revit.

Fun Fact: Bradley enjoys storytelling in all formats; written, verbal, film, and music. Sometimes he needs to tell himself to zip-it when he tells a story too long!

Natasha Jackson has joined our Kitchener office as an Agile Delivery Lead. Natasha has over 6 years experience in the tech industry including overseeing agile project management for a startup. Before joining our team, she worked alongside senior leadership teams at Shopify to drive efficient team operations. Natasha is passionate about empowering others and enjoys cultivating a culture of collaboration and excellence within teams.

Describing herself as hyper-organized and efficiency-obsessed, Natasha is always looking for ways to help our teams operate at their best. Her mission is to create a custom project management solution which will support co-elevate’s teams in conquering their unique challenges.

Fun Fact: Natasha loves buying books and has such an extensive 'to read' collection that she has accidentally bought the same book twice on more than one occasion!

Lyndon Murray has joined our team in the London office as an Engineering Technologist. Graduating from Fanshawe College in 2015, he has honed his skills and creativity to transform his passion into a career. He holds an Advanced diploma in Architectural Technology from Fanshawe College. Working locally in London for over 10 years focused on structural design and construction access work at various locations across the province, Lyndon is very eager and excited to bring his skills and experience to work at co-elevate.

Lyndon’s passion for design, architecture and engineering started with an unwavering love for Lego. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for innovation, he brings imagination to life through his designs. From intricate structures to playful creations, he thrives on the endless possibilities that Lego offers.

Fun Fact: Beyond his professional endeavors, Lyndon finds fulfillment in the warmth of family and the laughter of friends, and enjoying a good movie!

Please join us in welcoming Bradley, Natasha, and Lyndon as they contribute their skills and passion to our thriving team!
