Leadership at the London District Construction Association

As Chair of the Women in Construction Chapter at the London District Construction Association (LDCA), Taylor leads initiatives that promote networking, mentorship, and empowerment among women in the construction industry. She’s passionate about fostering an environment where women can thrive, collaborate, and take on leadership roles. In addition, her involvement with the LDCA's Young Construction Leaders Chapter reflects her commitment to supporting emerging talent and encouraging collaboration. Taylor's belief in the power of teamwork drives her efforts to create spaces for professionals to connect and share ideas, which in turn leads to more innovative solutions.

Her dedication to community service is also evident in her role as Co-Team Captain of the LDCA's Weekend for the Business Cares Food Drive, benefiting the London Food Bank. For the past three years, Taylor has helped make a meaningful impact through this initiative, highlighting her belief in collective action and her commitment to making a difference both in and outside the workplace.

Taylor’s pursuit of continuous learning is reflected in her involvement with Construction Specifications Canada – London Chapter. As a Certified Technician with the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists, she is also working towards her Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) designation and considering her BCIN certification. Her commitment to professional growth ensures she stays at the forefront of her field, demonstrating her dedication to both expertise and development.
