Step 1 : The Pre-Project Methodology
Do you have a dream that you’re unsure on what to do with? At co-elevate our purpose is to take a dream and make it reality. When it comes to our pre-project methodology, it is your opportunity to introduce your dream to us. From that point on, we get to work on making that a reality. We start by getting to know you and your needs. After that we formulate a plan for success and offer that plan to you.

INITIATION THE PROCESS
Start by letting let us know if you are looking at a project or think that you need our expertise. Contact anybody at co-elevate and we will get a Client Care Executive to get back to you. If you are a regular client of co-elevate, you likely already have a Client Care Executive in mind. There’s no wrong person or method to contact us. What if you don’t know anybody at co-elevate? No problem! Give us a call or fill out the contact information form.
FORMULATING THE PLAN
As soon as the scope of your project is determined, we will get to work on composing a plan to execute on your dream. We will pull in the required expertise and experience to maximize your project’s value. We may want to ask you some more questions at this point, as we may have discovered some things that you may want to be aware of or additional scope you may not have considered. Now that we’ve discussed the particulars of what you need, we will write you a fee proposal detailing the scope of work to make sure that we are providing you exactly what you need.
UNDERSTANDING YOUR NEEDS
Next, a Client Care Executive will contact you about your project. Our talented group of Client Care Executives are looking to get to know you and your project. Our ultimate pleasure, at co-elevate, is to see a successful project through to completion. For this purpose, we will review your project and scope with some of our other team members. If we do not believe that we will be able to complete a project to your satisfaction, we will do our best to connect you with somebody who can.
CHECKING - IN
When we reach out, we will be making sure that you have received exactly what you asked for from us. We’re happy to discuss your proposal with you, as we know how scope can change or dreams become clearer. This is far from a problem for us, we just want to help.
